Recruiter/HR Associate:

Responsibilities of the Recruiter/HR Associate:
Recruit high volume of applicants in filling out on-line applications and communicating with the interview team throughout the process.
Conduct phone interviews
Assist new applicants and new employees in pre-hire and onboarding steps.
Lead new hire orientation for all new employees
Verify documents for work eligibility and complete all required company, state, and federal new hire paperwork.
Facilitate all required background checks and drug tests as needed.
Maintain communication with community resources on open jobs and share upcoming community recruiting opportunities with the team.
Data entry in compliance tracker
Create and file new hire personnel files
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications of the Recruiter/HR Associate :
Must have at least 2-3 years prior recruiting or HR experience
Provide professional customer service
Multitask and prioritize
Ability to work independently while still contributing to a team
Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
The Recruiter/HR Associate role is fully onsite in Akron, OH with a salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.
