DIRECTOR OF FINANCE ROLE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE:
The Director of Finance will supervise the accounting team
Prepare annual budgets
Prepare monthly financial statements
Manage payroll functions
The Director of Finance will oversee financial reporting to funding agencies, ensuring compliance with grant and program budgets
Journal Entries
Assist with audits
Assist HR with benefits administration
Maintain banking relationships and insurance policies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
3+ years managing a team
Nonprofit industry experience
Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 based on experience. This is an in-office position.
