Target Ratios: 1:5-6 Shift: 12 hr NIGHTS; 36 or 48 hours accepted. If 48, then no OT billed until after 48 hours. Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the unit through the holidays! Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed No Christmas RTO Job Requirements

Patient Diagnoses: dementia, diabetes, dementia, COVID, pneumonia, COPD, sepsis, encephalopathy, GI bleed, anemia, hip fracture. Typical M/S diagnoses plus COVID Special Procedures/Unit Details: Isolation area for COVID patients, multi level care to include stepdown (cared for by stepdown staff, not M/S staff) Unit Systems (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, Epic, SBAR
