Key Responsibilities: Director of Treasury

The Director of Treasury will oversee and manage the company's treasury operations, including cash management, debt, and liquidity planning.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.

Lead capital market activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions.

Drive the company's investment strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

To support business objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of treasury professionals.

Qualifications: Director of Treasury

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

4+ years of experience in treasury, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of treasury, cash management, and financial risk management practices.

Experience with treasury management systems implementation and advanced Excel skills.

Experience with SEC reporting & SOX compliance is a plus

Salary: $175,000 - 235,000 + bonus
