Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking to add a Controller to their accounting team. This Controller role is pivotal, offering the opportunity to lead financial operations, drive process improvements, and oversee essential accounting functions.
Controller Responsibilities: Lead the month-end close process with precision and efficiency. Oversee inventory management, including regular inventory counts. Initiate process improvements and establish standard operating procedures. Supervise Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk. Manage payroll processes.
Controller Qualifications: Proven experience in the manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience in inventory management and conducting inventory counts. Experience as a Controller. Expertise in financial close and preparing financial statements.
