POSITION DETAILS
The Controller is responsible for overseeing the Finance & IT functions at Crow Works, managing all aspects of financial reporting and analysis, and maintaining a robust system of accounting records. This role includes the supervision and development of accounting policies and procedures as well as financial operational processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. The Controller will be based out of our Johnstown Studio with flexibility for remote work options.

RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly profit and loss statements (P&Ls), year-end financial reporting, balance sheet reporting, and statement of cash flows reports. Ensure compliance with all provisions of GAAP and develop internal controls to enhance effective financial policies and procedures. Lead and execute internal audit initiatives to identify efficiency and compliance improvements. Provide financial analysis and business decision support to the Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and operational initiatives. Oversee the Finance team's activities in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and disbursement functions. Manage and oversee information technology systems and infrastructure. Collaborate with the tax partner to facilitate prompt and accurate tax filings, including sales tax. Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, fostering accountability and professional growth. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in accounting with a strong background within a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years of leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; CPA or CMA designation is a plus. Experience utilizing cost accounting. Experience supporting multiple subsidiaries is preferred. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and reporting skills. Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is preferred. Highly proficient in Excel and financial modeling. Willingness to travel to the Killbuck, OH Campus as needed by the business.
