As we scale, we seek an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team in managing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring strategic priorities are met.

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will act as a key support resource for the CEO, helping manage communications, schedules, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Purcellville, VA or Remote (TBD)

Employment Type:

Initially Part-Time, expected Full-Time within next 12 months

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and track travel coordination and expense reports for approval for all traveling team members Manage budget items, invoices, receipts, and other required documentation for Accounting to keep accurate and up-to-date records. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication. Manage special projects and track progress toward company goals. Organize team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and liaising with vendors. Support event planning and coordination for company activities. Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Military Experience (to include family members) is preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus. High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
