to their 400 Provider Multi-Specialty, 100% Physician Governed group with 5 full time Psychiatrists at this location which is a 36 bed inpatient unit. Position hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Weekday call is 1 - 2 times / month Weekend call is optional - and paid $1250 / day on weekends Multidisciplinary team includes social workers, nurses, supportive and intensive case managers. Strong integration with medical providers. Daily census is 16
Offer: MGMA base IG salary $285k Starting bonus on $35k $10,000 retention for each of years 2 and 3 Relocation Paid weekend call Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME time & expenses PTO 2 part retirement savings program with employer matching program
