Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Controller About the Company:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer/Controller to join the leadership team and play a critical role in shaping the company's financial future.

The Opportunity:

As CFO/Controller, you'll be a cornerstone of the executive team, responsible for driving financial strategy and operational efficiencies. You'll lead financial planning, budgeting, and compliance which is key to navigating growth while ensuring financial health. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights that drive critical decisions. Lead a high-performing accounting and finance team, implementing scalable systems and processes to support growth. Financial Planning & Analysis

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure fiscal responsibility. Track and analyze KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business strategies. Operational Excellence

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Optimize inventory management and cost accounting to maximize profitability. Collaborate across departments to identify and implement operational efficiencies. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to tax regulations, industry standards, and financial reporting requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks. Lead annual audits and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and stakeholders. What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA/CPA strongly preferred). 10+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Deep understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory compliance. Proficiency with ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
