Experience Required:
Minimum 7 years of experience in application support.
Title can be Lead Application Support Engineer or Specialist/ Production Support Specialist.
Experience supporting systems with containers or Kubernetes and cloud technologies is preferred, not only exposure.
Middleware experience is preferred; familiarity with MQ middleware is a plus.
Knowledge of distributed development systems.
Lead, train and support the production support team, providing technical guidance and expertise.

Years Experience:
5+ Years Core skill experience in Java/J2EE, Unix, Linux, Windows Experience on Cloud Technologies (AWS services (S3,EC2,Lambda,SQS,IAM roles), Azure, OpenShift, RDS Aurora, Postgress) Experience on Middleware experience (Solace, Tomcat, Liberty Server, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss) Familiarity working with relational databases (DB2, Oracle, Snowflake) and PL/SQL Exposure to Messaging Queue Systems (IBM MQ, Oracle AQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka) Knowledge Monitoring and Data Tools experience (Splunk, DynaTrace, Thousand Eyes, Grafana, Selenium,HiPam IBM Zolda) knowledge of Scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ruby, Shell, Perl, JavaScript) Exposure to Mainframe troubleshooting and support skills (COBOL, JCL, DB2, DB2 Stored Procedures, CICS, SPUFI, File aid) - Preferred Exposure to Mainframe scheduling (Job abends, Predecessor/Successor) - - Preferred
