Territory Account Manager

who is responsible for effectively managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and optimizing sales operations within a specific geographic area!

Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales within the designated territory through effective territory management strategies Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the territory, including identifying target customers and executing sales activities Identify opportunities for territory expansion into new market segments and develop plans for growth Manage allocated sales budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient resource utilization within the territory Develop sales strategies, provide guidance to clients on selling products, analyze data, address customer concerns, and identify sales opportunities Collect and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director Qualifications:

In-depth sales expertise, including knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, lead generation, and remote deal closing Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders using virtual communication methods Demonstrate strong organizational skills along with initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to collaborate with fellow team members for the achievement of departmental goals Excellent organization and time management skills for effective planning and prioritization of tasks Problem-solving capabilities to address challenges faced by the sales team and find creative solutions Adaptability to changing market conditions, customer needs, and virtual selling strategies PrideStaff is an equal-opportunity employer Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
