Are you looking to make the next big move in your career? Cvent has an exciting opening for an Assistant Team Lead within our Demand Generation team. This position will be focused on developing, launching, and optimizing our global campaigns and assets to generate demand and drive the sales pipeline. In This Role, You Will:: Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of integrated global campaign strategies and offers Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams in marketing and sales across the globe Strategize and test promotional efforts across various marketing channels and tactics, including (but not limited to) webinars, video, emails, paid digital ads, organic social media, etc. Track and report on the performance of campaigns and assets The Person Were Looking For: Content Creator . Works with agencies and internal SMEs to bring campaign content to life. Can write compelling ad copy for multiple promotional channels. Can navigate self-serve graphics platforms (Visme, Canva, etc.) and give clear ideas for ad graphics to creative teams to execute. Project Manager . Manages multiple, complex timetables successfully. Able to implement and streamline processes. Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule. Detail oriented. Collaborative.
Able to build successful cross-functional relationships across various stakeholders in different regions. Self-starter . Demonstrated track record of operating independently and efficiently to manage competing priorities and projects simultaneously. Results-Oriented . Sets and consistently hits goals and measures success through data. Understands the marketing and sales funnel and focuses on driving impressions, leads, MQLs, and opportunities. Strategic + Analytical . Never makes a decision without considering the overall impact. Obsessively seeks new insights that can help meet and exceed business goals. 4+ years of experience in demand generation or marketing, ideally in a B2B software or technology environment Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience with marketing automation and CRM programs preferred (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
