What's the Job?
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AEM solutions, including content management, digital asset management, and personalization. Lead and mentor development teams in creating AEM templates, components, workflows, and integrations. Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, analytics platforms, and e-commerce solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Stay updated with AEM and Adobe Marketing Cloud advancements, recommending new tools and technologies to enhance solutions. What's Needed?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an AEM Architect or Senior Developer, with at least [X] years of experience in AEM implementations. Expertise in Java, J2EE, and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, and workflows.
