Our client, a leading manufacturer of electrical components, specializes in producing high-quality electrical goods and cable assemblies for the U.S. Department of Defense. Based in Hartselle, Alabama, this company supports critical defense programs through the production of adapters, connectors, circuit boards, and other specialized components for federal agencies, including the Defense Logistics Agency and the Department of the Army.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop electrical components such as adapters, connectors, and cable assemblies.
- Lead the manufacturing process to meet defense contract requirements and ensure compliance with **military specifications**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage projects involving specialized components, including missile spare parts, wiring harnesses, and circuit boards.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing, preferably with defense or government contracts.
- Proficiency in CAD and other design software.
- Strong understanding of military specifications and compliance standards.
