Job Description
In our client's small office, you'll have a job with variety and a casual (jeans) setting. The pay range for this opening is a wide one and starting pay will be set based on experience since the responsibilities given to this team member could include any and all of the following:
- handling accounts payable and receivable
- in-house payroll processing
- project management
- other accounting functions
- general administrative tasks
- regular use of QuickBooks and Excel
As you might have guessed, this position reports primarily to the company controller although in the small office setting everyone lends a hand wherever needed. The job is an 8-5, Monday through Friday opening, intended to be filled on a temp-to-hire basis with the right person.
Staff members hold Certified Staffing Professional accreditations and average more than 10 years' experience in the industry.
