WHAT IS THE JOB?
This is a seasonal position for Winter of 2024. The position is open from November-January, a 10-12 week commitment is preferred during this timeframe. Saturday work is preferred.
As Assistant, Seasonal Store Support in our Ann Mashburn Houston shop, you will be responsible for demonstrating the brand values in how you engage with and take care of customers and the Team. You will contribute to daily operations of the store to maintain our brand standards throughout all areas of the business. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Make all customers feel welcome and taken care of by exceeding their expectations and providing an exceptional brand experience
- Work as a team player, supporting fellow Associates to ensure a consistent customer experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Assist with on-line order fulfillment.
- Manage hosting supply inventory & store gift wrapping needs.
- Maintain a strong desire to continue to learn and grow every day.
- Maintain seamless operations and processes according to brand guidelines.
- Prepping garments for the sales floor.
- Helping to organize back stock.
- Communicate efficiently with Customers via phone and in-person.
