Bishop & Company is seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join the accounting department as a Revenue Supervisor for a privately run American supermarket, retailer and restaurant franchiser headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii.

We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team as a Revenue Supervisor.  This is a full-time salaried hybrid position located at our corporate office in Honolulu, HI.   

Essential Functions include:  

• Financial accounting and reporting in accordance with GAAP and other regulations
•  Maintenance and closing of financial records with established deadlines  
• Manage accounting staff, outsourcers, and accounting processes including but not limited to accounts receivables, billbacks, revenue management and store audits 
• Communicates with Revenue Manager to identify problems and solutions 
• Support of annual audits and reviews  
• Oversight of daily store audits 
• Review, research and resolve various credit card inquiries 
• Assist with the processing of credit card payments 
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner, including researching issues and/or discrepancies
• Data entry and review of financial transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy of 
  data 
• Preparation of reports and summaries of financial data 
• Assess, document, execute and improve policies, procedures and internal controls  
• Working knowledge of POS operations to assist stores 
• Other accounting tasks and projects as needed 

Qualifications: 
•        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred 
•        2 years of relevant professional experience in accounts receivable or accounting 
•        Accuracy and attention to detail  
•        Management of a team; ability to lead, develop and motivate  
•        Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Job Type: Direct-Hire opportunity
• Salary: $59-70k annually DOE
• Location: Kaimuki, Honolulu
