Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production worker to join the production team in a food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accepting and inspecting incoming semi-finished products, stuffing peppers and olives with the appropriate fillings according to recipes and specifications, and adhering to safety and quality standards. This company is a leading provider in the food industry and is committed to producing quality products. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join this growing company.

Production Worker Job Duties:

Follow all food safety procedures and policies (GMPs)
Accept and inspect incoming semi-finished products for quality and completeness.
Stuff peppers and olives with the appropriate fillings according to recipes and specifications.
Follow all operational procedures and instructions from supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
Monitor products for quality and consistency during stuffing and packaging products.
Set up and prepare workstations with necessary tools, ingredients, and packaging materials.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Pay: $16/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm (8am-4pm during the training period)

Overtime as needed

Production Worker Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic mechanical knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Food manufacturing or handling experience
