We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join the production team in a food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accepting and inspecting incoming semi-finished products for quality and completeness, stuff peppers and olives with the appropriate fillings according to recipes and specifications, as well as adhering to safety and quality standards. Production Worker Job Duties:
- Follow all food safety procedures and policies (GMPs)
- Accept and inspect incoming semi-finished products for quality and completeness.
- Stuff peppers and olives with the appropriate fillings according to recipes and specifications.
- Follow all operational procedures and instructions from supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
- Monitor products for quality and consistency during stuffing and packaging products.
- Set up and prepare workstations with necessary tools, ingredients, and packaging materials.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm 20 minutes paid break
- Overtime, if needed
Production Worker Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
