Position Summary:
The Digital Product Manager Officer- Retail Online Banking will be at the forefront of crafting a seamless digital banking journey. This professional will spearhead the strategy and continuous enhancement of our online and mobile banking services-key touchpoints that define our customer experience. The Digital Product Manager will champion the development of innovative features, guiding them from conception to launch within an agile framework. Collaborate with business stakeholders, align product vision with business objectives, ensuring that every initiative delivers tangible value to both the business and our customers.
Essential Functions: Shape the Future : Lead the strategy and evolution of our digital banking experience, managing new features from ideation to production release. Maintain an intimate understanding of the product suite, system workflow, and business needs. Customer-Centric Approach : Collect data, analyze, and directly engage with customers to create an effortless experience for our customers. Collaborate and Influence : Work closely with stakeholders to deliver on the product vision and roadmap, translating customer experience and business priorities into actionable product stories. Design Intuitive Experiences : Collaborate with design, analytic, and user experience colleagues to ensure an intuitive UX/UI that meets customer and business needs. Champion Transparency : Provide ongoing communications with business partners and stakeholders, educating the organization on the product, including benefits and risks. Drive Agile Development : Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories, partnering with team members to define, track, and test user stories in an agile development life cycle. Stay Ahead of the Curve : Maintain working knowledge of competitor and industry trends, ensuring our work aligns with broader corporate strategy, priorities, and direction. Ruthless Prioritization:

Seek out and cultivate relationships with stakeholders. Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws, and regulations applicable to the role. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or related field; or a combination of education and strong commensurate banking system experience preferred. 2-5 years related experience preferred.
