PIN is undergoing a complete rebrand and restructure, and this candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our future direction. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving the success of their marketing initiatives. You will work closely with channels, creative, and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the agency.Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives. Act as their trusted advisor and advocate within the agency.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction.- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and analytics, providing clients with regular updates and insights. Identify opportunities for optimization and growth.- Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams. Ensure all parties are informed about project status, changes, and developments.- Problem Solving: Proactively address any issues or challenges that arise, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to find effective solutions.- Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients. Assist in proposal development and client pitches as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- 6+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, content marketing, and analytics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software. recblid nkveon98u3sov2baynfcignz901e01
