Plan and lead on employee relations, legal and tax implications across geographiesPre-empt future HR concerns through the use of data and analytics, workforce planning, leveraging insights to proactively seek and implement solutions that impact the bottom line and enable business strategyPartner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition COE to attract high-caliber talent and onboarding into the businessBe accountable for reviewing compensation programs and supporting compensation decisions outside of guidelinesEnable and co-lead enterprise-wide initiatives (for example leadership framework, digital workplace)Design and enable effective organization structures and ways of working, including the use of non-conventional workforcesWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. Can partner and influence on strategic priorities, with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performanceAbility to build HR operating plans, people/capability roadmaps to enable people and business growth at large scaleBroad generalist HR skills across a range of populations, with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPGAbility to develop strong partnerships and coach senior function leadersAbility to create and lead change strategy and complex transformationAbility to engage, inspire, and influence peopleFuture focused, thinking ahead and anticipating opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trendsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.12+ years of experience within Strategic HR areas (Talent Management, Org Design, Transformation, Capabilities, Engagement)Experience in supporting Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics, Engineering spaces.Experience in Change Management/TransformationExperience building succession, diversity and right levels of engagement. Being able to navigate on Executive Sr. Level, connecting different functions and leaders. Working with strong collaboration within peers, serving the core to enable the future transformation and bring strategy to execution with strong influencing skills.Will require business travel for critical strategic operations.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $166,700 to $291,725; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.In addition, Mondelez Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
