WCS Healthcare is working with the TOP Health System in Suffolk County, NY. We are currently looking to hire a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse within our Dermatology Department in Stony Brook, NY Medical Group. This is a full time Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm role with no weekends.

Job Function:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patients needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients; Observes patients health; Assists with patient comfort.
• Assists physicians and registered nurses; Prepares specimens for lab courier.
• Provides wound care; Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas; Monitors catheters.
