Majority Case Type:General, Neuro, GU Average Monthly Case:2500 Minimum Number of shifts per month:20, 5 every week, Monday thru Friday MD will supervise and do some of their own cases, it's 50/50 for both. MD supervises 2-4 CRNA's, never more than 4. ACLS Board Certified PALS Florida license unrestricted.
