Gastroenterologist Position Start Date: * September 20, 2024 Contract Length: * 26 Weeks Shift Details: * 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts Schedule: * Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM * Inpatient only * No weekends * One week on, one week off Work Details: * Support Staff: Nurses, Medical Assistants * Coverage Needed per Month: 5, 8-hour shifts per week * Patients per Day: 15-20 * Patient Population/Age: Adults * Department: Gastroenterology * EMR System: EPIC * Hospital Bed Size: 108 * Skills Required: * General GI cases * Focus on Endoscopies * No ERCP/EUS required Practice Setting: * Clinic Requirements: * Board Certification: Required * State License: Required (Rhode Island) * DEA Registration: Required * CSR (Controlled Substances Registration): Not required * Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS * Minimum Experience: 2+ years
