Join us.About the teamThe Quality & Efficiency team is responsible for the establishment and management of TikTok's product quality and efficiency measurement system, gaining insight into product quality risks and efficiency issues in the development and testing phases, integrating surrounding resources, promoting optimization implementation, and improving TikTok‘s quality and team efficiency;Job Description1. Design the quality and efficiency measuring system for TikTok short video products R&D process. Optimize processes to improve development and testing quality and efficiency. 2. Promote quality culture and enhance quality awareness with internal engineering teams. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficiency improvement strategies for the US engineering teamsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree, MBA program is a plus- 3+ years of TPM or PMO experience in the software development industry.
