If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.You Will:Work in a dynamic, cross-functional team to advance our cutting-edge battery and ESS productsOwn the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, analyses, dashboards, etc. which drive improvements and innovation in battery products and development processesCollaborate with Battery Software engineers to identify key insights from vast fleet data regarding battery algorithms performance, fleet battery health, and battery usage patternCollaborate with the Data Engineering team to manipulate large datasets and build data sourcesCollaborate with the Data Science & Machine Learning team to build advanced analytics and AI solutions to improve productsDesign and develop analytical solutions with Tableau, Grafana and SQLParticipate in data strategy and road map exercises, business intelligence/data warehouse product selectionPresent insights from complex datasets to battery, partner teams and executives in a timely and concise mannerDesign, implement & optimize data pipelines to extract data from various sources, transform it into a usable format, and load it into data warehousesYou Bring:3+ years of work experience with business intelligence, data modeling, and statistical analysisExperience working directly with business users to build reports, dashboards and solving business questions with dataAdvanced skills in data visualization tools like Tableau and GrafanaExperience with handling big data and building data pipelines using Python/PysparkStrong understanding of dimensional modeling techniques for data warehouses and OLAP systems.Familiarity with concepts such as time series analysis, multivariate models, hypothesis testing, inferential statistics & ML Models.Advanced ability to draw insights from data and communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as requiredProficient with SQL and large-scale databasesExpert Python programming skillContinuous learning mindset - willingness to learn new skills and methods as neededStrong communication and presentation skillsAdvantageous Qualifications:Experience with data analytics in automotive/manufacturing contextFamiliarity with Lithium ion batteriesKnowledge of Spark Architecture & PysparkEducation Requirements:BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative fieldBe part of something amazingAt Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
