Facility interviews will be via Teams with camera on. Need solid Psych RNs. About the Hospital: 72 beds 3-4 units open at any time Combination of adult and adolescent patients, must float as needed Freestanding psych facility- no security Codes are responded to by staff De-escalations and restraints are handled by staff if necessary. Requires 3 years of current psych hospital experience. CPI Preferred- if not, will do onsite. Orientation is 2 classroom days, 2 floor days if CPI certified If not CPI certified, orientation is 4 classroom days, 2 floor days 1:20 Nurse to patient ratios. Sometimes will have LPN or MT help, but not always. Navy Scrubs Exemptions Allowed: Yes, COVID and Flu exemptions allowed Medical or Religious
