Neurology Physician

* Dates: October ongoing * Shift Details: Standard - Day shift - 5, 8Hr 08:00 - 17:00, Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch * Patients per day: 12 patients/day (36 patient-contact hours/week and 4 hrs. for charting, etc.) * Hospital Bed Size: 317 * Case/Procedure Experience: BOTOX and ONB preferred please list what they do and don t * EMR: Cerner * Certifications: BC or BE, AZ license, DEA, BLS or ACLS * Credentialing: 2 weeks
