Location: A city located in the eastern part of Iowa. The Quad Cities area is about 30-40 miles southwest of this city and Cedar Rapids is around 70 miles northwest!
Facility: Hospital with 249 licensed beds, providing a continuum of care with specialized services in wound care, radiation oncology, dialysis, imaging, sleep disorders, therapy services, and skilled care.
Opportunity:
* Days + On-call
* Call Schedule: 1:4 - predictable and non-burdensome call schedule.
* Offering supporting medical staff representing urology, podiatry, surgery, cardiology, radiation oncology and hospitalists. All services located in the hospital for convenient access and coordinated care.
* 3 clinic rooms and a procedure room
* State-of-the-art ultrasound equipment on site
* Staff includes 1-2 clinical staff members and a receptionist
* 1 Board Certified Gynecologist on staff in the building, 2 OB nurse practitioners, and 1 FP/OB Physician also on site.
* 12 Family Practice providers on site
* Total Number of Beds: 7 LDRP
* Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: varies with provider
* What Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 50-60%
* What Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 30-40%
* What Percentage of Patients are C-Section: 5-10%
* Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: 1-2
* Nursery Level (I, II, III): 1
* What Percentage of Practice is GYN: low
* Documentation System/EMR: Cerner in hospital, eclinical works in clinic
* Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program
Compensation:
* Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview)

* 272 hours of Annual Time Off (ATO ) for 1.0 FTE = (34 paid days off)
