We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer specializing in Cloud Observability and Monitoring. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM), Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and the Elastic Stack. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure by developing and implementing effective monitoring strategies and tools.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive cloud monitoring solutions using Red Hat ACM, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Elastic Stack.Develop and optimize dashboards and alerts to provide real-time insights into system performance and health.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify monitoring requirements and ensure integration with existing systems.Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues across the cloud infrastructure, providing actionable recommendations.Implement automation solutions to streamline monitoring and reporting processes.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in cloud observability and monitoring tools.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud observability and monitoring.Strong proficiency in Red Hat ACM, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Elastic Stack.Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.Solid understanding of containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with automation and configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Certifications in cloud platforms or observability tools.QualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
