We have teams of analysts, data and marketing scientists, consultants, and technical experts to help us meet the business goals of our clients.Join our dynamic and diverse team – data solutions for marketers, by marketers.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a senior member of the Data Science team and part of the client management group, you will lead a team of data science leads and hands-on experts to deliver on client demands. This will include working with agency strategists and media buyers to create solutions that shape the strategic direction of your client’s marketing plans through data-driven insights, audience solutions, and measurement techniques.This will involveLeading and helping to build a team of on and offshore resources that interpret, ideate, and deliver client needsInteracting with client and programmatic teams (internal agency and external) to plan & execute data science projects and strategies related to media performanceWorking directly with tech and data partners regarding data, clean rooms, custom bidding platform functionality, and troubleshooting related issuesWorking with data from behavioral partners, ad servers, DSPs, measurement partners, and other online or offline datasets to develop client-specific solutionsCollaboratively ideating and building tools that aid with analysis and ML transparency, visualization, and performance measurementRequired Skills And Qualifications8+ years of industry experience; knowledge of ad-tech ecosystem, programmatic advertising, and agency work experience a plusBachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business/marketing related fieldsAdvanced quantitative degree or intensive bootcamp experience is preferredMust have hands-on expertise in Python; SQL proficiency preferredExperience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCPDemonstrated experience managing mid-sized or larger data teams and end-to-end analytics projectsMust have demonstrated experience working with client teams as it relates to client media, marketing, planning and related data science projectsOur culture and working style within the group fosters a positive, productive, entrepreneurial team spirit. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$157,000—$225,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
