In this role, you will combine ambitious spirit, visionary thinking, and product expertise to create integrated, user-friendly HR systems. You will lead the HR Solutions team in developing and driving a comprehensive technology roadmap, primarily using Workday, to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.You will collaborate with HR and multi-functional teams to ensure our systems meet business needs, improve efficiency, and scale effectively as the company grows. A key focus will be on optimizing our HR technology footprint, selecting and implementing the best systems, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Lead HR Technology Strategy: Create a long-term HR technology roadmap that supports business growth, focusing on scalability, automation, and improving the employee experience.Workday Authority: Serve as the go-to guide on Workday, providing thought leadership on HR systems and ensuring the platform is effectively leveraged to meet company needs.Multi-functional Teamwork: Build positive relationships with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to drive system selection, implementation, and upgrades.Vendor and System Management: Lead HR technology vendors and ensure that the enterprise HR systems infrastructure is cost-effective, secure, and scalable.System Evaluation and Integration: Assess and implement new HR systems, ensuring flawless integration with existing architecture and compliance with data privacy and security standards.Project Leadership: Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives by defining clear project scopes, work, and success metrics. Lead projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.Governance and Compliance: Develop and implement governance processes for system audits and controls, ensuring ongoing compliance and security.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR technology team, empowering them to innovate, collaborate, and deliver results.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in HR systems, including leadership roles in HRIS management.Extensive experience with Workday; knowledge of Kronos is a plus.Proven success in selecting, implementing, and improving HR systems to support business objectives.Solid project management skills, including experience in leading sophisticated, multi-functional projects.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle conflicting priorities.Knowledge of data privacy laws and ensuring system compliance.Ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR technology strategies.Demonstrated experience solving complex, multi-functional challenges in growth-oriented environments.Strong collaboration, consensus-building, and partner relationship leadership skills.Demonstrable ability to act as a strategic consultant and influence senior leadership.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, HRIS, or related field.Workday implementation experience and relevant certifications.Experience in e-commerce or retail.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working with scrum teams.Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to challenge the status quo.Compensation & Benefits:Our salary range for a Director, Human Resources Systems and Solutions position is $180,500.00 - $288,500.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident.
