Location: Northwestern Ohio, the second largest city in Northwest Ohio and one of few in the region where the population is currently growing. About 47 miles south of Toledo, 108 miles north of Dayton, and 137 miles west of Akron.

Facility: A community-based healthcare facility that provides a range of services, including emergency care, surgical services, and various specialized medical treatments. The hospital is known for its commitment to patient-centered care and community health initiatives.

Opportunity:
  • At least 2 years' CURRENT allergy (preferred) or family medicine NP/PA employment experience REQUIRED. Training does not count toward this amount.
  • Practice autonomously, treat patients of all ages
  • Full-time, average 15-25 patients per day
  • No hospital call, practice call only

  • Cerner EMR
  • This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
  • Experience required.
  • Clean malpractice and license are required.
