They specialize in industrial construction, wastewater facilities, HVAC, metal fabrication, and more. We are looking for an experienced project manager with industrial piping systems, and waste water facilities to join our team. If that sounds like you, lets connect. Responsibilities:Assume responsibility for multiple projects or one large project.Supervise field staff, set priorities, and review job performances.Review project specifications and procedures for construction to evaluate start and completion times.Manage purchase orders and subcontracts, and review issues when necessary.Meeting with engineers, superintendents, and other required parties to discuss plan, priorities, methods, scope, schedule, costs, materials, equipment, and labor.Coordinate activities of field staff to increase the probability of project completion on schedule and within budget.Approve payment for all project invoices and expenses.Create and prepare change orders and progress reports as needed.Represent company to obtain permits from appropriate parties with help of engineers.Meet with owners and construction managers, discuss contractual matters, policy, and any problems that arise.Submit reports, payment requests, project cost updates, and other documentation.Review and approve invoices regarding materials, labor, equipment and other costs.Perform other duties as assigned.What you need:Bachelors degree Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Extensive experience managing industrial mechanical projects, including waste water facilities.Ability to hire and supervise employees.Ability to plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward, discipline, and resolve issues.Proven experience in creating direction for project, coordinating costs, meeting contractual agreement and timeline, and evaluating results of project.
