The role is based in Holbrook, New York and involves managing various accounting functions and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the preparation and review of tax returns and ensure accuracy• Utilize accounting software systems for data management and financial analysis• Handle tax provisions of annual income and ensure compliance with tax laws• Facilitate auditing processes and resolve any discrepancies• Manage and maintain the ADP financial services system • Utilize CaseWare for auditing and financial reporting• Expertly navigate CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax for tax management• Provide guidance on entity formation and associated tax implications• Leverage accounting functions to enhance financial operations• Possess a CPA license and utilize this expertise in all job functions.Requirements• Must hold a valid CPA license.• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in public tax management.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.• Familiarity with CaseWare, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CCH Sales Tax is required.• Ability to perform accounting functions efficiently.• Experience in preparing the annual income tax provision.• Auditing skills are an essential requirement.• Must possess knowledge and experience in compliance.• Experience in entity formation is necessary.Job typePerm
