This position will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to HR Partners and business leaders, to design and implement competitive compensation programs aligned with our company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.  The ability to conduct effective and detailed analysis is key, but as important is the ability to find and tell the story behind that analysis, and influence results based on those findings.  You can expect to be challenged here, but supported by a great culture and team. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Partner with HR and business leaders to understand business objectives and develop/implement compensation strategies that support organizational goals.Lead implementation and execution of all compensation programs and processes for designated business(es). Serve as trusted advisor to HR Partners and business leaders on on-and-off-cycle compensation-related efforts, including offer negotiations, promotions, retention actions, compression challenges, internal equity concerns, etc.Conduct and interpret detailed analysis of compensation data, and effectively translate data to inform decision-making and address business challenges.Provide thought leadership and strategic direction on central, global compensation policies, programs, practices, communications and change management across multiple regions. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, partner organizations and global Rewards team to drive compensation strategies aligned with strategy.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in business or relevant discipline, combined with 8+ years of Global Rewards experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
