Position Summary Salesforce B2B Commerce Lead – Senior Manager Location NegotiableDeloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutions using digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web team works with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy eCommerce and Portal solutions.Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to online marketing, sales and service; for both Direct-To-Consumer and Business-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internet solutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for both internal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes.You will help clients formulate complex technical solutions to support their business needs. You understand what it takes to make complex integrated eCommerce solutions happen, and you'll have a firm hand on the controls every step of the way. Work you’ll doYou will be using your industry, technology and digital experience to drive revenue growth by delivering complex, commerce-centric, solutions. You will help develop market facing collateral, drive internal alignment efforts across account leads and our partners to identify, cultivate and sell our integrated solutions. In addition to your focus on defining solutions, driving demand and leading sales activities, you will lead/support technical teams to architect, build, create, and deploy unique eCommerce solutions for each client. Some activities include:• Drive pipeline and opportunity development, tracking and forecasting• Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely• Act in a leadership role on client projects and for junior staff.• Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices• Understand technical architecture (Service Layers, Logic Layers, Data Layers), data models, customizations & extensions and recommend best practices• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively As a senior member of the team, you will help to develop and mentor junior resources. You will work to build strong and diverse teams, coach, advise and empower team members. The TeamDeloitte’s Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire our client's customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce, and marketing user-centric experiences. We build and operate complex, modern, customer-centric B2B and B2C marketing experiences and digital products across all digital touchpoints and offer a full in-house advertising and marketing agency. Qualifications: Required Bachelor’s Degree10+ years of IT experience5+ years Salesforce or cloud solution architecture (certifications a plus)5+ years of experience formulating, selling and delivering complex technical solutionsAbility to travel 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred  Experience working with pipeline development, management and forecasting technologies and methodologiesIn Depth understanding of cloud-based architecture, data models, customizations & extensionsExtensive experience to develop integrated execution plans including resources leveling, effort estimations, cross-team dependenciesExperience implementing large scale eCommerce solutions including enterprise architecture, ERP integration, robust services layer, payment providers, etc.Strong knowledge of designing Architecture Diagrams and Data flowsKnowledge of End-to-End Order Management lifecycleExperience with RESTful Service ArchitectureEvaluation and selection of appropriate software / hardware based on technical needCapable of recommending best practice solutions based on project and business needs and owning overall design of the technical applicationOversee assigned programs and guide team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to audienceStrong problem-solving skillsSalesforce Certifications are a plusExperience with the Agile methodologyKnowledge and awareness of leading ESB & ETL applications such as MuleSoft, Informatica Information for applicants with a need for accommodation:  The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
