AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking board certified/board eligible family medicine or internal medicine physicians for multiple opportunities throughout the Tampa Bay area. AdventHealth Primary Care Network is a primary care group aligned with AdventHealth specialty physicians that uses leading technology, innovation, and compassion to deliver whole-person care. Current West Florida locations include:
- Tampa
- Bloomingdale/Riverview
- Dade City

At work, you will experience:
- Work Life Balance Schedule. No weekend office hours. Call is very light.
- Shared Call.Practice call only. No hospital rounding. Nurse triage support for call coverage.
- Patient Census. Expect to see between 18-24 patients per day utilizing the efficiencies of EPIC, electronic medical record.
- Dedicated Admin Time.4 hours weekly.
- Flex Scheduling.4- or 5- day work schedule options.
- Clinic Support Team. Includes one dedicated medical assistant (MA), front office staff, and a practice administrator.

- Clinical Utilization. You will have the opportunity to practice medicine as it should be and utilize all of your clinical skills-preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and office-based procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency with minor office-based procedures including, but not limited to joint injections, and minor dermatologic procedures
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or Board Eligibility within 3 years of completing a US based residency program)
- Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with or willingness to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C)
