Internal Medicine Physician

Details & requirements for this opportunity: * Specialty: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine * Requirement: Physician (MD/DO) * Location: Wisconsin * Job Setting: Outpatient, * Coverage Required: ASAP - Ongoing * Schedule: On-site clinical hours only * Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days * License: An active Wisconsin state license or IMLC membership is required * EMR: Cerner * Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible * Other Details: The facility, which is trauma level 3, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. In need of 3-4 weeks of coverage per month. Can be Family Med or Internal Med. Practice is primarily adults with a large number of geriatric patients. Minimal Peds patients, as the pediatrics department is on site. Locum must be willing to do pre-op exams, see hospital follow-ups, and essentially function as a temporary PCP with duties to include covering practice partners' medication refills, etc. There's an average of 12-16 patients per shift. * Rf: 30968
