Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Description Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a health system, 1 hour from Boston, MA. We are currently offering a $30,000 sign on bonus for this role! Responsibilities: * Provides primary care services to patients of all ages * Collaborative model with nurse practitioners and clinical psychologists * Provides/manages patient care, including: * physical examinations * evaluations * assessments * diagnoses and treatment for a specified patient population * Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate. * Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required. * Participate in On Call coverage. Minimum Qualifications: * Medical Degree (MD or DO) * Board certification/eligibility in specialty. * ACLLS or CPR/AED certified. * Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine * Current DBA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure for prescriptive authority * Eligible for unrestricted health center at facilities utilized by the health center * Effective verbal and written communication skills
