About this Opportunity: * Specialty: Neurology Outpatient * Start Date: 10/21/24 * Contract Length: ongoing * Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch * Available Shifts: Oct 21,22,23,24,25 (more to come) * Patients per day: 12 patients/day (36 patient-contact hours/week and 4 hrs. for charting, etc.) * EMR: Cerner * Hospital Bed Size: 317 * Case/Procedure Experience: BOTOX and ONB preferred * Hospital Requirements: * Board Certification: BC or BE in Neurology * License Required: AZ License * DEA: Yes * Certifications Required: BLS or ACLS * Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks * 1099 contractor * Malpractice, travel and lodging covered
