Description

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and specifications.
  • Resolve technical issues and address any deviations from project plans.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, reports, and project records.
  • Assist in the coordination of subcontractor activities and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Support project managers in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in construction project engineering or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
    • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
    • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
