The Associate Marketing Manager on the Performance Marketing , you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of paid marketing strategies for our business segments. Your responsibilities will include assisting with budget management, performance tracking, data analysis, and social media execution to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive business results.
Through close partnership with integrated marketing, influencer marketing, brand and DTC partners, retail media marketing, and creative contributors, you will help drive our paid media strategy to the next level by looking for new and innovative advertising capabilities and engaging our audience to drive business growth and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the Paid Media Manager in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across social, search, CTV, and programmatic platforms.

Oversee the backend setup of campaigns, collaborating with Feedonomics partners to confirm that product and promotional data is accurately configured to enhance audience engagement and drive conversions.

Assist with A&P budget management and pacing, ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities to maximize campaign performance contribute to business growth.

Regularly update and maintain performance reports, tracking KPI performance for national and Direct-To-Consumer campaigns to ensure targets are met.

Perform data analysis to help optimize and scale national media and DTC campaigns, identifying trends and insights for improvement.

Assist with budget pacing, ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities to maximize campaign performance.

Provide data-driven insights and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.

Ideate and conduct tests to identify high-performing audiences, creative, promotions, and messaging across different seasons and product categories.

Stay informed about industry trends and developments in CTV, Paid Search, and Paid Social, including platform changes and new features.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of social media, including content planning, creation, and publishing.

Contribute to the evolution of organizational processes, reporting templates, data analysis, and media planning.

Support the day-to-day execution of the brand’s social strategy, including managing brand-owned social channels, content planning, creation, and publishing.

Develop social strategies for brands, managing organic social channel objectives, tone of voice, platform priorities, post cadence, and performance metrics.
Requirements:

BS/BA or University degree in a related field

2-3+ years of digital marketing and/or Ecommerce work experience

Strong data and analytical background

Experience in Paid and Organic social, SEM, CTV, Programmatic Display management

Ability to operate independently given direction and brings ideas and solutions to issues raised

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across multiple lines of business, influential amongst peers to drive change

Experience working in a media agency, consumer packaged goods (CPG), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer durables industry, and/or Retail strongly preferred
