PDS Tech is seeking talented Assembly & Test Technicians to contribute to high-quality production in Everett, WA! Work hands-on in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, performing precise soldering and assembly tasks that meet IPC-T-STD-001 certification standards.

Job Title: Assembly & Test Technician-Level 5
Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (6 Months) – Possible Temp to Perm
Location: Everett, WA 98204
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Overtime: Possible on a voluntary basis
Pay Rate: $25.35 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly & Test Technician with strong soldering abilities to join our team on a temporary basis with potential for permanent placement.
The role is hands-on, requiring standing for extended periods at workbenches, although there are occasional opportunities to sit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, precision in soldering, and a commitment to quality standards.
This is a critical position to support our production goals, requiring adherence to IPC standards and a collaborative work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks requiring soldering and testing components to meet quality standards
Adhere to IPC-T-STD-001 solder certification requirements
Ensure all work meets specifications and maintain consistent attention to detail
Work efficiently and safely in a team-oriented production environment
Requirements:
Citizenship: Due to government regulations this position is open only to “US Citizens”
Education: High school diploma or GED required; in lieu of diploma/GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required
Experience: Prior experience in assembly and testing with a strong foundation in soldering
Certification: IPC-T-STD-001 Solder Certification Training is mandatory
Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components

Pay Details: $25.35 per hour
