SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Denver
A well-established, mid-sized law firm in Denver, CO is looking to bring on a Senior Litigation Attorney, a motivated, self-starter to build a long-term and rewarding career with an amazing team of Super Lawyers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Employment Litigation practice areas. With a reputable and long-standing history in the community, this firm represents a variety of national, regional and local clients in Business Formation, Partnership Matters, and advising startups, who are currently looking to bring on new talent to manage a growing a caseload and help expand their practice areas as well.
Qualifications & Duties:
Base salary compensation DOE $130K-$160K, plus bonus structure on billable hours (higher salary structure for more senior level attorneys), full benefits suite, 401K, PTO. Daily in-office role in a collaborative environment with an opportunity for career development and growth.

- Commercial RE experience in purchase, sale, financing, liens, easements, commercial leasing, maintenance, property disputes
- Employment Litigation experience in contract drafting, employment agreements, employee handbooks, internal investigations, leave law compliance, discrimination and wrongful termination
- Experience managing all aspects of complex litigation from inception through due diligence and closing
- Licensed in CO
