Description
- Lead and manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, resolving them promptly to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, enhancing their overall project experience.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, specifically focusing on office and commercial tenant improvement projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to tenant improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
