The Role: Environment, Energy, and Resources Associate

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join a high-performing Environment, Energy, and Resources practice. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful legal matters related to environmental regulations, energy, and resource management.

In this role, you will:

  • Focus on Clean Air Act (CAA): Provide counsel on regulatory compliance and legal matters involving the Clean Air Act.
  • Advocate for Clients: Deliver exceptional advocacy and legal support to clients navigating complex environmental challenges.
  • Collaborate on Energy & Resource Projects: Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys on environmental, energy, and resource-related cases.
  • Develop Expertise: Grow your skills in environmental law while contributing to groundbreaking legal strategies.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with:
  • Experience:
    • Two to four years of experience with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
    • Federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
  • Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Skills: Strong writing, advocacy, and client service skills.
  • Mindset: A collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
