Training Deployment Consultant (LMS-Peoplesoft Success Factor)Location: Remote (Preferred locations: Illinois, Maryland, Pennsylvania, DC)Overview: Our client is undergoing an enterprise platform replacement, transitioning from their Oracle ERP platform. As part of this change, all 4000 users must complete role-based training to gain access to the new platform. The Go Live date for the new platform is January 2026, and all training must be completed by the end of 2025.We are seeking two Training Deployment Consultants to join the OCM and Program Team. These consultants will develop, assign, coordinate, and track training through the client’s LMS system, Peoplesoft Success Factors.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage the training plan for 4000 end users.Assign and track role-based training through the LMS.Coordinate and deliver three types of training: instructor-led online, in-person, and job aides.Ensure all users complete their assigned training by the end of 2025.Upload training materials and assign them to users in the LMS.Respond to user questions via the training email box.Generate and present training completion reports to stakeholders.Escalate issues as necessary.Handle data entry and ensure accuracy for all user curriculums.Requirements:Experience with large-scale training deployment initiatives using Peoplesoft Success Factors LMS.Strong skills in training development, LMS management, requirements analysis, reporting software, and scheduling.Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and initiative.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work in the preferred time zones for effective collaboration.Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing training for a large number of users in a complex environment.Familiarity with accounting and tax processes.Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications.We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protectedclassification.
