Administrative Assistant

A local Erie institution is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is personable and highly organized to support the operations of upper management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently on their own.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for upper management.
  • Prepare and organize schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Assist direct supervisor in meeting goals for the department.
  • Liaise between different departments and the public while representing upper management.
  • Process incoming paperwork as needed and according to policy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment.
  • Ability to competently multi-task and identify priority tasks.
  • Ability to operate independently and anticipate potential problems.
Benefits/Compensation
  • Full time
  • Temp to hire position
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8am-4:30pm
  • $18-$21/hour based on experience
  • Weekly pay while employed though Career Concepts
  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
